Incorporated as a limited liability company in Nigeria in 2007, the company delivers a broad range of services including drilling support, environmental management, marine logistics and support, project management, as well as the marketing, supply and trading of crude oil and refined petroleum products.

There are currently numerous initiatives by the Nigerian government to strengthen the capacity of indigenous companies and to increase their activities in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

A great majority of the founders of the company are from the Niger Delta region of the country. This is the region that is responsible for more than 95% of the oil and gas assets.
